All accessories have at least a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This includes as many warranty replacements as needed during that time. All accessories that require warranty replacement within 30 days of purchase should be replaced by C Spire. Except for Premium Accessories, accessory warranties can be processed by C Spire for up to 1 year after the original purchase date.
If you are processing a warranty on an accessory that was purchased from a store with a different tax rate than your store, you should use the "TAX RATE DIFFERENCE" override code to adjust the price of the replacement accessory so that the total for the transaction is $0.

SCREEN PROTECTORS
Screen protectors may be replaced in-store only if there is a manufacturer defect. Physical damage caused by the customer (e.g., drops, chips, scratches) is not covered.
USED EARBUDS
Used earbuds of any kind are not warrantied by C Spire. Customers may reach out to the manufacturer to inquire about their warranty policy, but replacement is not handled by C Spire.
