Conrad Bell

Senior Vice President & Chief Information Security Officer

Conrad Bell joined C Spire in 2016. As chief information security officer, Bell is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing cyber security strategic goals and aligning security initiatives with business strategic and tactical objectives. Prior to joining C Spire, Bell served as supervisory IT specialist/technical advisor for the 26 Network Operational Squadron (Maxwell Air Force Base - Gunter Annex, Alabama). He has more than 25 years of experience in information technology and cybersecurity. Bell’s career experience spans across a variety of leadership/technical positions at the tactical, operational and strategic levels of both government and private sectors. From his service to our country in the U.S. Marines to his role as lead technical architect at the University of North Texas, and senior network security architect with General Dynamics, Bell is experienced in developing policies, configurations and securing infrastructure. Bell has a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in information assurance. He also holds several industry certifications, including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
