RIDGELAND, Miss. (April 9, 2025) – C Spire, a diversified telecommunications and technology services company, announced the completion of 159 cell site conversions to 5G over the last five months. These enhancements by network engineers and technicians provide customers with faster speeds and broader cellular coverage in counties including Covington, Jones, Wayne, and Marion.

A cluster of new 5G sites in Covington, Jones, Wayne, and Marion counties are now online. A new macro site along Highway 98 in Hattiesburg is boosting network performance and reliability for the high-traffic area near Turtle Creek Mall.
