We understand that sometimes you may need a little longer to pay a bill. To request an extension, you can sign in at cspire.com, choose Billing from the side navigation, and tap “Start Extension” under Payment Arrangements.
If approved, your due date will be extended by six days for the current billing period only, and a $10 payment extension service fee will be charged. See if you qualify for a payment extension.
To update your payment method, sign in at cspire.com, go to Account Settings, and click “Add” or “Edit” under Payment Methods. Then just enter a valid bank account, credit card or debit card to use for payments.
We always recommend using AutoPay. This option automatically drafts from your saved payment method on the same date each month. So you don’t have to keep track of when bills are due and risk missing payments. You can sign in at cspire.com to enroll in AutoPay.
