How to sign up for e-bill (paperless billing)

This article guides you through signing in to your My C Spire Business account to set up e-billing (also known as paperless billing).

As a reminder, My C Spire Business is where you manage your IT solutions account. This includes VoIP phones, Internet, Cloud, Managed Services, and more.

If you're a Wireless Business customer, go here to pay your bill in the Wireless Business management account portal.

Select Billing Preferences from the side navigation or main dashboard.

Select the Enroll button to enroll in paperless billing.

Now, your Billing Preferences will indicate that your account is enrolled in paperless billing, and the designated billing contacts will receive an email each month when your bill is ready to view in My C Spire Business.
