What does “2 months free” mean?
When you sign up for a Fiber 500 Mbps or faster plan, you get a monthly bill credit for your first two months equal to your monthly fiber base plan fee. On Fiber 500 at $55/mo, that’s $110 in credits.
When do I start paying for fiber?
Your first fiber service charge lands in January for an early-November install. Later installs push it later. During the free months you’ll still pay the $2.11 monthly network maintenance fee, plus any taxes, government fees and equipment charges that apply.
Is there a contract with the 2 months free offer?
Yes. This offer requires a 6-month Promotional Offer Contract (POC). If you cancel before 6 months, an early termination fee (ETF) of $55 per remaining month in the 6-month term applies. The bill credit isn’t transferable and can’t be redeemed for cash, and disconnecting your service voids the promotion.

How does the free year of streaming work?
30 days after your install you become eligible for a $125 streaming rewards card, as long as you’re still on a qualifying plan, your C Spire service is active, and your bill is current. You have 90 days to claim it and 12 months from when the card is issued to use the full $125. That works out to $10.41 a month, applied to one streaming service at a time.
Can I switch streaming services?
Yes. Your credit goes to one streaming service each month, and you can choose a different one the next month.
What happens to my streaming credit if I cancel?
If you fully cancel C Spire service after you’ve received your streaming card, the card is cancelled and any remaining balance is forfeited.

What is home internet with a 5 Year Price Guarantee?
It keeps your promotional price for 60 months through monthly bill credits, as long as you stay on an eligible C Spire Fiber plan in an eligible area. AutoPay and paperless billing are required.
How much can I save with 5 Year Price Guarantee?
You can save up to $20 a month for 60 months, depending on your plan. Fiber 500 gets a $15 monthly credit. Fiber 1 Gig, Fiber 2 Gig and Fiber 8 Gig get a $20 monthly credit. AutoPay and paperless billing are required.
How can I get fiber home internet for $55/mo?
Fiber 500 is normally $70 a month. With the 5 Year Price Guarantee you get a $15 monthly bill credit for 60 months, which brings it to $55 a month.
Does internet with 5 Year Price Guarantee include WiFi?
Yes. A monthly credit covers C Spire Connect WiFi for 60 months. Fiber 500 and Fiber 1 Gig include one free device. Fiber 2 Gig and Fiber 8 Gig include two. Depending on the size and layout of your home, we may recommend more devices.
How does the free WiFi offer work?
The WiFi credits last 60 months, as long as you keep your qualifying plan in a qualifying area. The number of free devices depends on your plan: one for Fiber 500 and Fiber 1 Gig, two for Fiber 2 Gig and Fiber 8 Gig.
What happens if my AutoPay or paperless billing is removed?
AutoPay and paperless billing are required. If AutoPay is removed, or your account reaches 60 days past due, you lose your promotional bill credits for internet and WiFi.
Are taxes, fees or add-ons included in the 5 Year Price Guarantee?
Our 5-Year Price Guarantee only applies to promotional bill credits for the base fiber internet service and C Spire Connect WiFi devices. Additional fees may apply, including taxes, government fees, equipment charges, managed services and provider‑defined surcharges.
Will I lose my 5 Year Price Guarantee if I cancel internet service?
Yes. If your fiber service is disconnected, all promotional offers on your account end, including the price lock and free WiFi. Promotional credits can’t be transferred and have no cash value.
