Nationwide Calling

Our $20 per month unlimited home phone service includes free nationwide long distance.

If you're having trouble placing calls to nationwide numbers, please refer to the instructions below.
  1. Check your handset for a dial tone. If you don't hear a dial tone, please read the No Dial Tone instructions.

  2. Try dialing the number from multiple phones in your home to ensure it's not an issue with a single phone.

  3. If you're using a cordless phone, unplug the power source for two minutes then plug it back in and try again.

  4. Unplug the phone line itself from the jack for two minutes then plug it back in and try again.

  5. Make sure you're dialing the number correctly. Some numbers require the area code + seven digits. Others require a 1 + area code + 7 digits. Try it both ways.

  6. Try dialing a different number to ensure it's not an issue with just that number. If you're unable to place calls to multiple numbers or you still can't resolve the issue, please contact us.
