Express Pay
The fastest way to pay your Home bill online is by using Express Pay. You'll need to enter your C Spire Home account number and the phone number on your account. You'll then have the option to pay the full balance or a partial amount. Express Pay displays your balance but not your bill.My Account
To view and pay your bill, register for or sign in to the My Account service.
Remember, your username and password are case sensitive.Near the top of the screen, you'll see your account balance and due date. You can make a one-time payment by clicking the PAY BILL link on the My Account home screen or you can set up automatic monthly payments through our AutoPay service. Online, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and electronic checks.
The My C Spire App
Download the My C Spire app for instant access to your account information and a convenient way to pay your bill. You'll use your My Account username and password to access your account information.
Over The Phone
Call us at 1-855-438-1009 to make a payment. Over the phone, we accept Visa, MasterCard and electronic checks.
In Person
Pay your bill at a C Spire store. There are convenient payment kiosks where you can pay with cash, check and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
