What is home internet with a 5 Year Price Lock?
Our 5-Year Price Lock guarantees you get the same promotional pricing for 60 months through monthly bill credits as long as you’re on a C Spire Fiber internet plan in an eligible area. You’ll also need to enroll in AutoPay and paperless billing for this offer.
How much can I save with 5 Year Price Lock?
You can save up to $20 per month for 60 months based on which C Spire Fiber internet plan you select. Fiber 500 includes a $15/mo bill credit. Fiber 1 Gig, 2 Gig and 8 Gig include a $20/mo bill credit. Be sure to enroll in AutoPay and paperless billing so you can qualify for your 5-Year Price Lock.
How can I get fiber home internet for $55/mo?
With our special promo pricing, you can get our Fiber 500 plan (regularly $70/mo) for only $55/mo, with a $15/mo bill credit applied for 60 months.
Does internet with 5 Year Price Lock include WiFi?
It does, which means even more savings for you. With this special promotion, you also get a monthly bill credit to cover C Spire Connect WiFi for the full 60 months. Fiber 500 and 1 Gig plans include one free WiFi device. Fiber 2 Gig and 8 Gig plans include two WiFi devices. Depending on the size and layout of your home, we may recommend adding more WiFi devices to ensure the best experience.
How does the free WiFi offer work?
You’ll receive monthly bill credits to cover your C Spire Connect WiFi for 60 months as long as you stay on your current C Spire Fiber internet plan in a qualifying area. You’ll get one free WiFi device with our Fiber 500 and 1 Gig plans, and two free WiFi devices with our Fiber 2 Gig and 8 Gig plans.
What happens if my AutoPay or paperless billing is removed?
AutoPay and paperless billing enrollment is required with our 5-Year Price Lock. Remember to set it up as soon as possible to avoid losing your promotion. If AutoPay is removed or your account gets to 60 days past due, any promotional bill credits, including for internet and WiFi pricing, will be lost.
Are taxes, fees or add ons included in the 5 Year Price Lock?
Our 5-Year Price Lock only applies to promotional bill credits for the base fiber internet service and C Spire Connect WiFi devices. Additional fees may apply, including taxes, government fees, equipment charges, managed services and provider‑defined surcharges.
Will I lose my 5 Year Price Lock if I cancel internet service?
If your C Spire Fiber internet service is disconnected, you’ll lose any promotional offers on your account, including 5-Year Price Lock and free C Spire Connect WiFi offers. Promo credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Is C Spire Fiber 5 Year Price Lock always available?
Our 5-Year Price Lock with C Spire Fiber is only available for a limited time on eligible plans in select areas. Terms and availability may change.
Can 5 Year Price Lock stack with any other offers?
