Voice Mail

If you don't already have an answering machine or voice mail, we can provide complimentary digital voice mail upon request. To add it to your home phone service, sign in to your online account and select Home Phone Features from the side navigation.
How To Set Or Change Your 4-digit Passcode
  1. Dial your phone number.
  2. Enter your 4-digit passcode followed by # (the pound key). The default passcode is 0000.
  3. Press 8.
  4. Enter a new passcode followed by # (the pound key).
How To Record Your Greeting
  1. Dial your phone number.
  2. Enter your 4-digit passcode followed by # (the pound key). The default passcode is 0000.
  3. Follow the voice prompts.
    • Press 2 to record a "busy" greeting.
    • Press 3 to record a "no-answer" greeting.
    • Press 5 to record and send a new message.
  4. Record your message after the tone. Press # (the pound key) when finished.
    • Press 2 to replay the recorded message.
    • Press * (the star key) to re-record the message.
  5. Your recording will be saved automatically. Hang up when finished.
How To Check Your Voice Mail You can check your voice mail from any touch-tone phone.
  1. Dial your home phone number. If you're not calling from your home phone, press # (the pound key) during your voice mail greeting.
  2. Enter your 4-digit passcode followed by # (the pound key). The default passcode is 0000.
