auth006 You're signed out. Sign back in? (auth006) This message displays after your C Spire TV session has expired. Sign back in with your C Spire username and password.
auth007 ALERT Incorrect username or password. (auth007) Your C Spire TV username and password are the same ones you use to sign in to your C Spire online account. You can recover your username and password.
auth008 ALERT Cannot connect to the server. Try again later (auth008) If further attempts are unsuccessful, please call 1-855-438-1009.
auth009 Incorrect PIN. Please try again. (auth009) This message displays when you enter an incorrect Parental Control PIN.
auth010 Uh oh. We couldn't authenticate the app. Please try again later. (auth010) Are you signing in with the correct username and password? You can recover your username and password, if necessary. If you continue to get this message, please call 1-855-438-1009.
auth012 ALERT Required field (auth012) Please enter your C Spire username and password? You can recover your username and password, if necessary.
auth014 Ooops. Profile ID is missing. Try restarting C Spire TV. (auth014) The profile you used previously to sign in to C Spire TV may have been deleted from your account. Try signing in with another profile.
auth015 Problem Toggling Parental Control Profile not found. (auth015) The profile you used previously to sign in to C Spire TV may have been deleted from your account. Try signing in with another profile.
auth016 ALERT Problem Toggling Parental Control (auth016) This message displays where there is an error while trying to update the Parental Control settings. If further attempts are unsuccessful, please call 1-855-438-1009.
