Moving to an area we don't service
If fiber internet is not available at your new location, but one of our other services is, we'll let you know. Or you can register to be notified when fiber internet is available.

There's no penalty for canceling C Spire Home if you move to an area we don't serve. Simply provide proof of your new address. Equipment can be returned to any C Spire store.

Things to note when moving your C Spire Home service:
Bring inside equipment associated with your C Spire service to your new address. This includes routers, gateways, switches, set-top boxes, remote controls, power cables and cords. (Commercial power supplies inside your home or any equipment outside your home can remain at your previous residence.)
If the address you're moving to has previously had C Spire Home, the installation can normally be scheduled within 3-5 business days.
If the address you're moving to is in an area we serve but has not previously had C Spire Home, the installation date depends on the completion of construction to bring service to the address. Once construction is completed, an installation can be scheduled.
