- Only the account holder can request disconnection. To disconnect the account of a deceased customer, a relative or the executor of the estate should call.
- Are you moving? There’s no penalty for canceling C Spire Home if you move to an area we don’t serve. Simply provide proof of your new address. Equipment can be returned to any C Spire store.
