How do I disconnect my service?

At this time, canceling your C Spire Fiber Internet, TV or Home Phone service can only be done over the phone. To cancel your service, please call 855-438-1009.

Please note the following:
  • Only the account holder can request disconnection. To disconnect the account of a deceased customer, a relative or the executor of the estate should call.
  • Are you moving? There’s no penalty for canceling C Spire Home if you move to an area we don’t serve. Simply provide proof of your new address. Equipment can be returned to any C Spire store.
