No.
Most streaming devices such as Amazon Fire TV Sticks meant to be relatively portable. In particular, there are a number of well priced Streaming Media Sticks that run C Spire TV which are the perfect answer for TV that doesn't get daily usage, such as those in a den or spare bedroom.

Our Recommendations
While each home is different, we generally recommend the following setup:
Main TV (Living Room / Family Room)
We recommend getting a streaming media player with a powerful processor, sufficient ram and solid dual-band 802.11ac WiFi. If this is where a lot of your TV is watched, you're going to want the horsepower to run not only the C Spire TV app, but the multitude of other video intensive apps available for movie and series watching. At the time of this writing, you can expect to pay anywhere between $70 and $150 for this device.
Master Bedroom
We also recommend getting a higher end streaming media player for this room. If you and your partner enjoy TV in the bedroom, you're best off investing in a relatively high-end streaming media player for all the reasons outlined above.
At the time of this writing, you can expect to pay anywhere between $70 and $150 for this device.
Child's Bedroom(s)
We recommend installing a lower end device or streaming stick in a child's bedroom. For one thing, the costs associated with these devices make it a relatively hassle free spend. And should something go wrong with your hardware, you won't be out a ton of money. We've also found that having a stick in the kid's room makes it easy to remove if a child loses their TV viewing privileges. Sticks just make his easier.
Spare Bedroom / Garage / Patio / Kitchen / Etc
We recommend purchasing a streaming stick that you can move from room to room as your needs dictate.
