To get started with C Spire Fiber at your new residence, you’ll need to physically be in your residence. You’ll also need a valid email address to set up your C Spire account and create your custom WiFi name (SSID) and password.

C Spire Fiber delivers upload and download speeds of up to 940Mbps when connected via a capable ethernet cable (wired). WiFi speeds vary somewhat depending on the signal strength and your device’s capabilities. You can expect maximum WiFi speeds up to about 350 to 400 Mbps. Learn more about C Spire Fiber speeds.

Your property may include complimentary community WiFi in common areas. Please check with your leasing office or property manager for more information about availability and how to connect.

Sign in to your C Spire My Account to see which services are included at your property and which services can be added for an additional fee. Once you’ve signed in on cspire.com, you’ll be able to manage any services you currently have.
