Would C Spire Smart WiFi replace my current WiFi router?
Yep. C Spire Smart WiFi offers an advanced mesh WiFi system that replaces any current WiFi access points. Current C Spire Fiber customers can sign in and upgrade to Smart WiFi devices if they’re currently on Netgear 6250/Genexis or SmartRG SR400 routers.
What’s included with a C Spire Smart WiFi subscription?
A C Spire Smart WiFi subscription includes two Smart WiFi devices and access to all the features included with HomePass by Plume®, including parental controls, adaptive WiFi, ad blocking, motion detection, IoT threat monitoring, and more.

How many C Spire Smart WiFi devices do I need for my home?
A subscription to C Spire Smart WiFi includes two Smart WiFi devices, which is perfect for most single-story, two-to-three-bedroom homes up to about 2,000 square feet. Larger homes usually require additional Smart WiFi devices.
How does C Spire Smart WiFi protect against cyberthreats?
C Spire Smart WiFi features a number of tools to protect your home network, including online protection against malicious content, IoT (Internet of Things) anomaly detection, device quarantining, intrusion detection, and outside threat blocking.
