When will I see my CashBack on My Bill credit?
When your phone usage for a full billing period is less than 2GB, you will be eligible for a $10 credit on that phone line. Your credit will be applied to the following month's bill statement. Data Usage is only evaluated for a full billing cycle. If you move to a different plan you will not receive the billing credit. I am already a C Spire customer. Can I switch to this plan?
Absolutely! Any current customer who is on a Device Payment Plan or owns their device outright is eligible to switch to this plan. If you are currently under a two-year promotional agreement, you will not be eligible to switch to this plan until you have paid out your existing agreement. Once you switch to this amazing plan all future phone upgrades must be purchased using our Device Payment Plan or at full retail price. Please call or text 611 if you need assistance taking advantage of this plan.
Can I use my phone's hotspot with this plan?
Yes. Speeds of both your smartphone and any tethering may be slowed after usage over 25GB during a month. Your primary data usage should be on your smartphone. Your tethering service may be canceled or otherwise restricted if you excessively roam or use the service in a way that is harmful to the network or other users.
If I have more than four lines, how much would it cost me?
That depends on the number of lines that you have. Here is a chart of all the line prices up to 10 lines.
Will my speeds ever be slowed down or will I be charged overages?
We never charge overage fees on this plan, but if you do exceed 25GB of data on your line during the month, your network speed will be slowed to 3G until the end of your billing cycle or prepaid service period. After exceeding 25GB of data, a 1GB High-Speed data pass will be available for purchase from your device at datapass.cspire.com. How is video quality with this plan?
We do not restrict or limit video quality, and you can experience the highest quality video that your data speed allows and that video content providers offer. Streaming video can result in high data usage, which could cause you to use more than 25GB of data during a month. In this case, you may experience lower data speeds, which could affect video quality.

While both plans offer unlimited data, Unlimited with CashBack on Your Bill means that when you use less than 2GB of data, you pay less. You can also receive discounts on your plan for having additional lines.
I have an unlimited plan. Why is my bill $90.00?
If your unlimited plan is $90.00 a month, you're on our Unlimited Talk, Text, and Data Plan and the phone was purchased on a two-year promotional offer contract. Please feel free to sign in to your account to change your plan to Unlimited with Cash Back on Your Bill starting at $60.00 a month.
I am on the Unlimited with CashBack on Your Bill plan. Why can't I buy a new phone with a 2-year contract?
The wireless industry has moved away from two-year contracts to lower overall rate plan pricing by removing device costs that were traditionally included in plan pricing. By moving to Device Payment Plan (DPP), you can pay less based on the device you purchase, and can upgrade early with trade-in of your device, giving you more flexibility.
Will I have to pay taxes on the free 4th line?
Taxes and fees apply to all active lines. You will still be charged for the flat-rate taxes and fees for the free 4th line. These fees may include E911, USF, Regulatory Assessment, and Administrative Recovery.
Can I get Unlimited Data with CashBack on a tablet?
Yes, you can get unlimited data on a tablet for $25/mo and get a $10 CashBack credit on your bill when you use less than 2GB of data in a month. To get this offer, you need to have at least one phone line on an unlimited voice and data plan. It doesn't just have to be the Unlimited with CashBack plan either. If you already have a smartphone on one of our older unlimited voice/data plans, that will work too.
Tablets are not eligible for the Unlimited with CashBack promotional fourth-line-free offer. After 25GB of data usage, we may slow data speeds.
What happens if I use more than 25GB of data during a given month?
If you use more than 25GB of data on your line during the month, your network speed will be slowed to 3G until the end of your billing cycle or prepaid service period. Specific network speeds can vary depending on location, devices, and network capability, but you will be restricted to 3G data until the end of your bill cycle or prepaid period, as applicable.
What is the 1GB High-Speed Data Pass?
The 1GB High-Speed Data Pass ($20) is available for purchase once you exceed 25GB of data in a single month. It can be purchased from your device at datapass.cspire.com. After buying the Speed Pass, you'll receive 1GB of network data at the fastest available speeds. If you use all of this 1GB Speed Pass, you'll be slowed to 3G speeds until your next bill cycle or prepaid period, as applicable, regardless of the date purchased.
If I don't use all of the 1GB Speed Pass, can I keep it for next month?
No, when you reach the end of your bill cycle or prepaid period, as applicable, your usage will reset to zero automatically. This will give you another 25GB of usage before a Speed Pass may be required.
Can I buy more than one Speed Pass?
Yes. Once the Speed Pass has been consumed, you would be allowed to purchase again.
I thought my plan was unlimited, why are my speeds being reduced?
C Spire unlimited plans are subject to reduced data speeds after 25GB of data use. This is to ensure the best network experience for all customers on our network.
I have been using more than 25GB per month for almost a year now, why are my speeds just now being reduced?
C Spire is constantly looking to improve the network experience for all of the customers on our network. Although you may not have noticed changes in the past, 25GB is the threshold at which C Spire may reduce data speeds.
I got a message about reducing my speeds for exceeding 25GB of usage but have not experienced any difference in network speeds. What is going on and will I notice the difference?
Although some may experience different speeds based on location, network availability, and device capability, you will still receive the messaging and may experience the slowed speeds if any of these variables change. E.g., If you have a 3G-only device, you won't experience reduced speeds until you move into a 4G LTE device. Your treatment will not have changed based on usage but you won't have experienced slowed speeds until you upgrade to a device capable of 4G speeds.
