Terms of Service

Additional Terms and Conditions for SOLO Service:

If you are eligible for C Spire’s SOLO Service and you agree to the terms and conditions of the SOLO Service by digitally activating the Service by way of C Spire’s SOLO App, you accept and agree to be bound by these additional terms and conditions:

SOLO Service consists of talk, text and data on C Spire’s network for a flat monthly charge for each Device. You may connect an eligible wearable or tablet to the SOLO Service for an additional monthly fee.

In order to apply for SOLO Service, you must download the SOLO App on your Device. You will be required to verify your email address in order to apply for the SOLO Service. In addition, you agree to receive communications from C Spire regarding your SOLO Service by way of the SOLO App.

You agree to pay for the SOLO Service on a prepaid basis for a minimum period of one month. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, surcharges, fees or other charges associated with the SOLO Service. You are solely responsible for any charges that you incur with any third-party.

In order to be eligible for the SOLO Service, you must enroll in C Spire’s AutoPay. By enrolling in AutoPay, you authorize C Spire to automatically charge your credit or debit card or withdraw funds from your bank account each month on the “Total Amount Due By” date reflected on your paperless billing statement for the total amount due and owing for SOLO Services. You agree that each time AutoPay is used, you have made a separate and complete authorization as required by the rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association (“NACHA”) and, as applicable, the Electronic Fund Transfer Act, 15 U.S.C. 1693 et. seq., and Regulation E promulgated thereunder, 12 C.F.R 205 et. seq., and applicable credit card rules.

Your monthly payment cycle will begin on the date your SOLO Service is activated. Your SOLO Service will be available for one month after activation. You must pay for the next month’s SOLO Service before expiration of the current month to keep your SOLO Service active. Your SOLO Service is renewed for the next month when we receive payment in full. We will not refund any amounts paid for the SOLO Service, subject to applicable law.

After you agree to the terms and conditions of the SOLO Service, C Spire will mail a SIM card to the address that you provided. Once you receive the SIM card from C Spire, insert the SIM card into your Device and then follow the set up process described in the SOLO App to begin receiving SOLO Service.

If you terminate your enrollment in AutoPay, if you fail to update your designated AutoPay payment method before it expires, or the AutoPay charge is declined by your designated credit or debit card or the withdrawal of funds from your designated bank account is unsuccessful, your SOLO Service will be no longer available, without additional notice to you. By digitally activating your SOLO Service, you will automatically be enrolled in paperless billing and your bill will be sent to the email address you provided in applying for SOLO Service. Your SOLO Service account statement will also be available by accessing the SOLO App and through your C Spire Account.

The SOLO Service is subject to a high speed data amount for each monthly payment cycle. If you exceed the high speed data amount during any monthly payment cycle, you will continue to have access to unlimited data, but at a reduced speed. Your high speed data will reset at your next monthly renewal date.

Support for the SOLO Service is exclusively provided by way of the SOLO app and the live chat feature accessible on the SOLO app and the Solo website.

To the extent that any term or condition for the SOLO Service should conflict with any term or condition of this Service Agreement, the above terms and conditions for the SOLO Service shall control and apply to you.
