Here's how it works: For each phone on an individual data plan, you can pair one tablet or hotspot and share the included data. The included data will renew at the beginning of each month's billing cycle.

No surprise charges! With automatic data Overage Protection, you'll never receive a surprise overage charge.
We’ll text your paired phone when you've used 80% of your monthly data, and again if you use all of your data. At that point, you can either buy a data Top Up pass directly from your paired phone, or use Wi-Fi until your monthly data renews on your next billing cycle. Just remember, you're protected from surprise overage charges.
The following Top Up passes are available: 500MB for $10, 1GB for $15, or 3GB for $45.

Customers participating in this service must reside in the C Spire Network. Customers are required to use 50% of their voice and data usage within the C Spire network. The C Spire network is defined as the C Spire CDMA network in MS; in Memphis/nearby West TN and West Memphis, AR; Mobile/Baldwin Counties in AL; and Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton Counties in FL.
Individual Data plans are available for any eligible C Spire phone and include 1) unlimited voice usage and 2) unlimited messaging defined as text messaging and picture message. A camera phone is required to use picture messaging and a data-capable phone is required for Web access.
Paired Tablet/Hotspot plan: Allows Individual Data plan subscribers to share data service for one tablet or hotspot for $10 per month. Price does not include purchase of tablet or hotspot device; Customer may purchase tablet from C Spire or activate an eligible tablet with C Spire data service. Top Up Passes for additional data can be purchased from the assigned data manager's device at www.datapass.cspire.com.
DATA DEFINITION: A data session is defined as the data usage incurred between a start record and a stop record. Start records include, but are not limited to, actions such as clicking on a link to a website, email programs syncing with a server, downloads or updates.
Stop sessions include, but are not limited to, actions such as closing a browser, the finishing of an email sync (sending and receiving) or when a download completes. A device can have multiple concurrent data sessions at any given time. Data usage will not be totaled until a stop record is produced. After one hour of data inactivity, all open data sessions will automatically end and produce stop records that include the total usage incurred for each data session. After 24 hours, all data sessions will end regardless of activity and produce stop records.
For billing purposes 1,000 Kilobytes (KB) equals 1 Megabyte (MB) and 1,000 Megabytes (MB) equals 1 Gigabyte (GB). A two-year data agreement is required to receive promotional pricing on equipment. Special online pricing may not be available in stores or by phone.
International Calling: Calls terminating outside of the United States, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands will incur international long distance charges. Calls to Canada or any area that is part of the North American Numbering Plan (10-digit dialing) can be dialed directly and placed without requesting access. Calls to Canada will also incur international charges. Calls to all other international locations will be blocked at activation unless access is requested by calling 1-855-CSPIRE5 (277-4735) or 611 from your C Spire phone. Miscellaneous: Not all plans or Services are available for purchase or use in all sales channels, in all areas or with all devices. If user's usage of the Services (including unlimited data plans) on other carriers' networks (roaming or off-network usage) during any two consecutive months exceeds user's off-network usage allowance, C Spire may at its option terminate user's wireless service or access to data Services, deny user's continued use of other carriers' coverage, or change user's plan to one imposing usage charges for roaming usage. User's roaming usage allowance is equal to that specified by user's plan's tariff and/or documentation. C Spire will provide notice that it intends to take any of the above actions and user may terminate their agreement. C Spire is not responsible for loss or disclosure of any sensitive information user transmits. C Spire Services are not equivalent to landline Internet.
All pricing listed for calling plans and service enhancements are monthly fees unless otherwise noted and are promotional prices that are subject to change. Monthly access charges are not refundable. A Plan Activation Fee and Early Termination Fee may apply. New activation and promotional offer contract may be required for promotional equipment pricing.
