#1 Is The Difference

Our name, C Spire, means Customer Inspired, and because of that, we accept nothing but the best for our customers. We’re constantly striving to go above and beyond to be #1 for our customers. We are pleased to announce that we recently ranked #1 in both customer service and plans, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our team’s hard work.

According to the latest data from an independent consumer survey, C Spire ranked #1 in customer service ahead of Verizon and AT&T, and the standard that we set for ourselves when it comes to taking care of our customers is unmatched.

We also ranked #1 in carriers that value customer loyalty, carriers that contribute the most time and resources to their customers, carriers that do what’s best for customers, and carrier most inspired by its customers. These are just a few powerful testaments to the results you get when you put the customer first and they each speak to the dedication on the part of so many Team Members who help us provide unparalleled customer satisfaction every day.

We’ve also made improvements on our plans that our customers are already telling us they love! We recently launched a new plan, Simple Unlimited, that offers unlimited nationwide 4G LTE data, talk and text for $60 a month for the first line and $30 a month for each additional line. All of that with no overages or hidden fees! The new plan was created to meet a need for our customers on shared data plans and to provide an easier transition for them to get unlimited data. This also directly supports the transition from customers choosing primarily POC to choosing DPP in accordance with a widespread industry shift, all while looking out for the customers’ best interests. I guess that’s why it’s #1!

The feedback for our plans has been through the roof, and we expect that to continue. Even before launching this plan, C Spire was ranked #1 in competitive plans, plans that provide the most value, plans that give customers control over their bill, plans with no hidden fees, and plans that don’t mislead. When you think about the commitment we have to our customers, it makes sense that our plans don’t mislead or confuse customers, but rather make it easy for them to get the plans that best fit their needs.

For us to be successful in our business, we must have continuous improvement and a relentless focus on the customer. We will never lose our passion for innovation and quality, nor will we ever be satisfied with just being good. We are only satisfied with being the absolute best, #1. That’s what sets us apart from our competition.
