Birmingham, Ala, (Dec. 13, 2022) – C Spire, a diversified telecommunications and technology services company, has named Mary Elliott Aderholt an economic development manager for its strategic and government relations group in the Homewood (Birmingham suburb), Alabama office. Aderholt previously served as director of investor relations for the Alabama Capital Network.
In her new role, Aderholt will advocate for C Spire’s broadband infrastructure priorities among local, regional, and state economic development officials and policymakers. The availability of high-speed, symmetric internet is paramount in the ever-growing digital economy, and Aderholt will be a vital part of growing C Spire’s footprint across the southeast.

The strategic and government relations group is a vital division for the growth of C Spire. The group works to expand C Spire markets and serves as the liaison for government officials and policy makers at all levels to ensure communities have the tools and resources needed to grow their economies.

As director of investor relations at Alabama Capital Network, Aderholt was responsible for creating and fostering relationships with the largest public and privately held companies across the state of Alabama.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Auburn University.
