“This affordable phone protection plan provides the convenience and peace of mind that our prepaid customers need,” said Craig Jackson, general manager for wireless markets.
The program covers up to two incidents in a rolling 12-month period for qualifying phones. Monthly premiums range between $6- $8 with deductibles for total phone replacement starting as low as $20. The program also features extended warranty and discounted service at C Spire repair centers.

- Theft, loss, malfunction, and accidental damage
- 24-month extended device warranty
- Up to two incidents every 12 months
- Discounted service at C Spire repair centers
