Expansion Part of $1 Billion Investment in Wireless & Fiber Deployment

RIDGELAND, Miss. (April 5, 2023) – C Spire, a diversified telecommunications and technology services company, is rapidly expanding its fiber infrastructure by bringing 5G service to the residents of Wiggins, Mississippi.

The expansion is part of an unprecedented $1 billion investment launched in 2021 – the largest capital spend in company history – to accelerate the deployment of ultra-fast 5G wireless technology and all-fiber Gigabit broadband internet in key parts of its service area in the southeastern U.S.
