When using an EV-DO device that is not Rev. A-capable or traveling in the extended Broadband Rate and Services Area, you can expect download speeds of 400 to 700Kbps and upload speeds of 60 to 80Kbps.
Customers participating in this plan must reside in the Regional/Primary Area which is defined as the C Spire Network in MS and generally in and surrounding Memphis/West Memphis, AR/nearby West TN, Mobile and Baldwin Counties in AL, and Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton Counties in FL. The Nationwide Area is defined as outside the Regional Area, but inside the United States, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Please see plan chart in retail stores or at cspire.com to see specific coverage included in your plan. Many of the plans' features are unlimited. Data included in plans are nationwide unless specified.
A credit check is not required in order to subscribe for Pay As You Go customers. As a Pay As You Go customer you can have a maximum of ten (10) Pay As You Go subscriptions. The number of subscriptions may be limited and/or subject to change in C Spire's sole discretion. You must be 18 years of age to activate Service in FL, MS, and TN, and 19 to activate Service in AL.
Data Pass usage is available in the combined Primary and Nationwide Area. A data session is defined as the data usage incurred between a start record and a stop record. Start records include, but are not limited to, actions such as clicking on a link to a website, email programs syncing with a server, downloads or updates. Stop sessions include, but are not limited to, actions such as closing a browser, the finishing of an email sync (sending and receiving) or when a download completes. A device can have multiple concurrent data sessions at any given time. Data usage will not be totaled until a stop record is produced. After one hour of data inactivity, all open data sessions will automatically end and produce stop records that include the total usage incurred for each data session. After 24 hours, all data sessions will end regardless of activity and produce stop records. Data usage is rounded up to the next full kilobyte. For billing purposes 1,000 kilobytes (KB) equals 1 megabyte (MB) and 1,000 megabytes (MB) equals 1 gigabyte (GB). Promotional device pricing is not offered with this plan. Data devices on the Data Access plans must have been purchased at full retail price or fulfilled contracted term of service.
Customers are required to use 50% of their data usage within the Primary Area. The Primary Area is defined as the C Spire Network in MS in Memphis/nearby West TN and West Memphis, AR, Mobile/Baldwin Counties in AL and the Florida Panhandle (Pensacola through Seaside, FL).
Pay As You Go monthly plans are a monthly prepaid service which provides you with thirty (30) days of Service from the date of activation. If you use additional services (i.e., directory assistance, download fees, etc.) beyond those included in the Plan, those fees will be deducted from your account balance. You agree to pay for the services you use/purchase by deductions from your prepaid account. If you fail to pay the monthly service fee or at any time the balance in your account reaches zero, your account will be deactivated and you will not receive further service until you pay the monthly service fee and any other charges for additional services.
If you do not pay for the monthly service fee or your account maintains a zero or negative balance for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days, your prepaid account may be closed. If your prepaid account is closed, you may reinstate your service by activating a new account. You will be assigned a new number at this time and a reactivation fee may apply.
There is a $15.00 minimum replenishment amount on Pay As You Go accounts. Cash replenishment can be conducted using In-Store payment kiosks with a $5 service fee. Accepted credit or debit cards will be accepted on via C Spire's Interactive Voice Response (IVR) telephone system and online at cspire.com via My Account (MMA). Cash is accepted at Western Union locations. Payments are not accepted at C Spire retail location sales counters or drop boxes.
All charges for Pay As You Go service are final and non-refundable. C Spire is not responsible for, nor will C Spire refund lost, stolen, misused, or damaged personal identification numbers ("PINs"), regardless of distribution method.
You must use your Pay As You Go account balance before the expiration date. Pay As You Go service and/or charges for Pay As You Go Service are not refundable, and no refunds or other compensation will be given for unused Pay As You Go balances, lost or stolen prepaid cards, or coupons.
If you register for Auto Refill you are agreeing to have the Auto Refill amount you have selected deducted from your credit card or debit card once per month on the date you specified. The minimum Auto Refill amount must be equal or greater than selected rate plan's monthly charge. If your credit or debit card company declines the Auto Refill amount, then your Pay As You Go service may be suspended.

All pricing listed for calling plans and service enhancements are monthly fees unless otherwise noted and are promotional prices that are subject to change. Monthly access charges are not refundable. A Plan Activation Fee may apply. All offers for a limited time in limited area only. Certain restrictions, taxes and/or fees apply. Actual wireless coverage may vary due to atmospheric conditions, customer equipment or system limitations.
Information/Content: Certain information or content may be provided through the service by independently owned and operated content providers or service providers who are subject to change at any time without notice. C Spire is not a publisher of third-party content and will not be responsible for any information or services provided by such third parties. These third parties may impose additional charges (on top of regular service charges levied by C Spire) for certain content. As the user of such services the user is bound by the third parties' policies when the user visits their respective sites or uses their services. It is the user's responsibility to read the rules or service agreements of each content or service provider as well as to understand any and all billing practices which are stated by the content or service provider. Any information the user involuntarily or voluntarily provides third parties is governed by their policies. The accuracy, appropriateness, content, completeness, timeliness, usefulness, security, safety, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, transmission or correct sequencing of any information or downloaded data is not guaranteed or warranted by C Spire or any content providers or other third party. Delays or omissions may occur. Neither C Spire nor its content providers, service providers or other third parties shall be liable to the customer for any loss or injury arising out of or caused, in whole or in part, by any information acquired through the Service.
Prohibited and Permissible Uses: Data Service sessions may be conducted only for the following purposes: (i) Internet browsing; (ii) e-mail; and (iii) corporate Intranet access (including access to corporate e-mail, customer relationship management, sales force automation, and field service automation applications). UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED OR AGREED UPON, PROHIBITED USES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, USING SERVICES: (1) WITH SERVER DEVICES OR WITH HOST COMPUTER APPLICATIONS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WEB CAMERA POSTS OR BROADCASTS, CONTINUOUS JPEG FILE TRANSFERS, AUTOMATIC DATA FEEDS, TELEMETRY APPLICATIONS, AUTOMATED FUNCTIONS OR ANY OTHER MACHINE-TO-MACHINE APPLICATIONS; (2) AS SUBSTITUTE OR BACKUP FOR PRIVATE LINES OR DEDICATED DATA CONNECTIONS; (3) FOR VOICE OVER IP (VoIP); (4) IN CONJUNCTION WITH WWAN OR OTHER APPLICATIONS OR DEVICES WHICH AGGREGATE USAGE FROM MULTIPLE SOURCES PRIOR TO TRANSMISSION; (5) USING THE SERVICES FOR ANY ACTIVITY THAT ADVERSELY AFFECTS THE ABILITY OF OTHER PEOPLE OR SYSTEMS TO USE EITHER THE SERVICES OR OTHER PARTIES' INTERNET BASED RESOURCES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO EXCESSIVE CONSUMPTION OF NETWORK OR SYSTEM RESOURCES (WHETHER INTENTIONAL OR UNINTENTIONAL) AND "DENIAL OF SERVICE" (DOS) ATTACKS AGAINST ANOTHER NETWORK HOST OR INDIVIDUAL USER; OR (6) INTERFERENCE WITH OR DISRUPTION (OR POSSIBILITY OF DISRUPTION) OF OTHER NETWORK USERS, NETWORK SERVICES OR NETWORK EQUIPMENT. EXCEPT FOR CONTENT FORMATTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH C SPIRE'S CONTENT STANDARDS, UNLIMITED PLANS CANNOT BE USED FOR UPLOADING, DOWNLOADING OR STREAMING OF VIDEO CONTENT (E.G. MOVIES, TV), MUSIC OR GAMES (ONLINE OR OTHERWISE). UNLIMITED PLANS AND FEATURES (UNLESS NOTED AS SPECIFICALLY FOR USE WITH A LAPTOP OR OTHER COMPUTING DEVICE NOT SUPPLIED BY C SPIRE) CANNOT BE USED FOR ANY APPLICATIONS THAT TETHER THE DEVICE (THROUGH USE OF, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, CONNECTION KITS, OTHER PHONE/PDA-TO-COMPUTER ACCESSORIES, BLUETOOTH® OR ANY OTHER WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY) TO LAPTOPS, PCS OR OTHER EQUIPMENT FOR ANY PURPOSE.
Service is not intended to provide full-time connections, and the Service may be discontinued after a significant period of inactivity or after sessions of excessive usage. C Spire reserves the right to (i) limit throughput or amount of data transferred, deny Service and/or terminate Service, without notice, to anyone it believes is using the Service in any manner prohibited above or whose usage adversely impacts its network or service levels and (ii) protect its network from harm, which may impact legitimate data flows. Users may not send solicitations to C Spire subscribers without their consent. Users may not use the Services other than as intended by C Spire and applicable law. Plans are for individual, noncommercial use only and are not for resale.
Security: C Spire does not guarantee data security. Data encryption may be available with some, but not all, Services furnished by C Spire. C Spire assumes no responsibility for confidentiality of e-mail or other confidential or proprietary information accessed through the Service and/or with Wireless Device. It is solely CUSTOMER'S responsibility to ensure use of the Service and Wireless Device complies with applicable IT or security procedures established by CUSTOMER or CUSTOMER'S employer.
Miscellaneous: Not all plans or Services are available for purchase or use in all sales channels, in all areas or with all devices. If user's usage of the Services (including unlimited data plans) on other carriers' networks (roaming or off-network usage) during any two (2) consecutive months exceeds user's off-network usage allowance, C Spire may at its option terminate user's wireless service or access to data Services, deny user's continued use of other carriers' coverage, or change user's plan to one imposing usage charges for roaming usage. User's roaming usage allowance is equal to that specified by user's plan's tariff and/or documentation. C Spire will provide notice that it intends to take any of the above actions and user may terminate their agreement. C Spire is not responsible for loss or disclosure of any sensitive information user transmits. C Spire Services are not equivalent to landline Internet.Read more
