Unlimited voice usage is restricted to the AdvancePay Nationwide Area. The C Spire Network in and surrounding Memphis/nearby West TN; West Memphis, AR; the following counties: Mobile and Baldwin, in AL; Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton, in FL.; and in MS. Network coverage for prepaid Service may differ from network coverage for postpaid Service.
A credit check is not required for customers who choose AdvancePay as their service. Each AdvancePay plan customer can have a maximum of five (5) AdvancePay subscriptions. The number of accounts per customer may be limited and/or subject to change. Customers must be 18 years of age to activate service in MS and 19 to activate service in AL.
Dual Band Dual Mode CDMA phones with a C Spire voice plan are required to be eligible to use this service. Monthly prepaid service fee includes applicable federal, state, and local taxes and other assessments that C Spire is required by law to collect and remit to the applicable government authority.
The AdvancePay $50 Plan includes unlimited nationwide calling and text within the AdvancePay Nationwide Area to anywhere in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. Free basic voice mail is available upon request. Call waiting, call forwarding and caller ID are also included.
Extra charges can result from Directory Assistance calls ($1.60/min.), and international calling (prices vary by country). AdvancePay customers must request the access to make international calls. The Unlimited Picture messaging feature is $6.00 each month and is charge at the same time as monthly plan. All AdvancePay features with a monthly charge will be removed from your account upon non-pay service suspension. Features can be added upon request once there are sufficient funds.
Optional 30 MBs of Data free available upon request. Data usage is measured in bytes and not in minutes. Bytes are rounded up to kilobytes so customers will be charged at least 10 kilobytes per roaming data session. Rounding occurs at the end of each data session. Data usage over the included 30 MBs is charged at a rate of $2.00 per megabyte with a minimum charge of $.01 per data session.
To use C Spire's prepaid Service you must prepay for a monthly Service plan and have sufficient funds in your account to cover the charges for any additional Services you use (i.e., roaming, directory assistance, download fees, etc.). Monthly Service plans provide you with thirty (30) days of Service from the date of Service activation. You agree to pay for the Service by deductions from your prepaid account. If you fail to pay the monthly prepaid Service plan fee or at any time the balance in your account reaches zero, your account will be deactivated and you will not receive further Service until you pay the monthly prepaid Service plan fee and any other charges for additional Services.
If you do not pay for the monthly Service plan or your account maintains a zero or negative balance for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days, your prepaid account may be closed. If your prepaid account is closed, you may reinstate your prepaid Service by activating a new account. You will be assigned a new number at this time and a reactivation fee may apply.
There is a $15.00 minimum replenishment amount on AdvancePay accounts. Cash replenishment can be conducted using In-Store payment kiosk with a $5 service fee. Accepted credit or debit cards will only be allowed via C Spire's Interactive Voice Response (IVR), and online via My Account (MMA). Cash is accepted at Western Union locations. Payments are not accepted at C Spire retail location sales counters or drop boxes.

BlackBerry devices are restricted from adding the Per KB feature.
All charges for prepaid Service are final and non-refundable. C Spire is not responsible for, nor will C Spire refund lost, stolen, misused, or damaged personal identification numbers ("PINs"), regardless of distribution method.
You must use your prepaid account balance before the expiration date. Prepaid Service and/or charges for prepaid Service are not refundable, and no refunds or other compensation will be given for unused prepaid balances, lost or stolen prepaid cards, or coupons.
If you register for Auto Refill you are agreeing to have the Auto Refill amount you have selected deducted from your credit card or debit card once per month on the date you specified. The minimum Auto-Pay amount must be equal or greater than selected rate plan's monthly charge. If your credit or debit card company declines the Auto Refill amount, then your Service may be suspended.
Participation in third-party text messaging contests or promotions, and the purchase of third-party content is not allowed.
