- How do I use call waiting?
When on a call, if a user receives another call there will be an audible beep. To answer the new call, press the green Answer button. Users can change between the calls using the green Answer button, too.

To put a caller on mute, press the Mute button on the screen and drag into the 'On' position.

If a user misses a call, there will be a missed call notification the next time they use their phone. To view the call log at any time, press Menu > Calls > Missed.

If a user receives a voice mail, there will be a notification screen similar to the missed call screen. Voice mails also appear in the SMS inbox.

The battery meter at the top of the phone can be used as a reference to gauge how much battery life is left. When the battery is almost dead, there will be a warning message alerting the user to charge the phone and the battery meter will begin to flash.

To make a three-way call, the user must first dial one of the numbers they wish to call. Once they've picked up, access your contacts menu by pressing Options > Contacts. Find the next contact and select Call. Once they've answered, push the green Talk button and all three users should be connected.

- How do I personalize my home page?
Opening the browser directs users to the C Spire home page. To personalize the page, click the Personalize Your Page link at the top of the home screen. You can add up to three widget categories. The default categories are Weather, Top News and Sports News. To remove any widget, press the Remove button next to the category name. If you try to add more than three widgets, an error message will appear and prompt you to select only three of the selected widgets.
