Paid time-off for vacation is provided. CREW members are encouraged to take time off for recreation and relaxation, and return to work refreshed and invigorated.
Personal DaysPersonal days allow CREW members to use paid leave to handle personal business or emergencies, or to observe other important days or holidays of their choosing.
Sick LeaveSick time replaces income for eligible CREW members when work is missed due to an illness of the employee or an immediate family member, doctor appointments and/or funerals.
Maternity LeaveEligible CREW members are entitled to three weeks of paid maternity leave, starting on the day the employee gives birth to the child.
C Spire observes six holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. While our retail stores, with the exception of mall locations, are closed on Sundays and the above-mentioned holidays, a few departments continue to operate during some of these times in order to be available to our customers.
A vital part of our commitment to our customers includes restoration of our network capacity in the event of a disaster. Many times, wireless service is the only means of communication available to first responders, as well as our customers. It is important for prospective CREW members to understand they may be called in to work after they have secured the safety of their own family.
