Our very own phone repair center! When it comes time to repair phones, the other wireless companies ship theirs off and they may be gone for weeks before they are repaired and returned. We've found a better way, by doing it ourselves. Not only do we save our customers both time and money by repairing, refurbishing and replacing their phones in record time, but we also provide a better quality repair by doing it ourselves.

Our world-class engineering and network support team is literally building the future of C Spire Wireless by designing and creating the infrastructure and resources that drive our network expansion and continued growth. You'll anticipate the evolving needs of customers and respond with enhancements that meet or exceed those needs.

Our Engineering and Network CREW members:

  • Continuously monitor network performance and quality
  • Design cell site placement to ensure optimal performance
  • Engineer and oversee the construction of new cell sites and inspect all cell sites for quality and reliability
  • Implement new features and system enhancements that improve product performance and reliability
  • Understand, control and maintain cutting-edge wireless equipment and software to ensure trouble-free voice and data usage
  • Troubleshoot network issues via drive testing and data mining
  • Schedule routine and timely cell site maintenance
Information Technology

Information Technology

Harness technology's power to create a world-class customer experience, while defining and advancing the cutting edge innovation of wireless communications. You'll develop next generation solutions that solidify C Spire Wireless' position of leadership within the industry.

C Spire's Information Technology CREW is organized in two main divisions, Development and Infrastructure.

Development CREW members:

  • Manage or participate in development project planning
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements
  • Develop code for new software applications
  • Support and troubleshoot existing applications

Infrastructure CREW members:

  • Provide administration of existing systems (UNIX, Windows), and LAN/WAN hardware (Cisco Routers/Switches), as well as implement and administer new systems as upgrades occur
  • Design and architect databases (Oracle, SQL)
  • Administer Firewalls, Voice Over IP (VoIP), Wireless Networks, and Load Balancers

  • Constantly search for new ways to improve the quality of our customer service

Government Sales and Business Solutions

Our Corporate Sales CREW members:

  • Approach the challenge of converting vital business-to-business sales with dynamic energy and a creative approach
  • Build and strengthen C Spire Wireless' reputation as consultative wireless solution experts
  • Foster collaborative and lasting relationships with customers and the communities we serve

Telesales

  • Subject matter experts on tasks and projects related to the provision and preparation of vital corporate financial data
  • Produces financial information that is timely, relevant and accurate
  • Maintains the highest level of professional and systems integrity, in keeping with established standards for ethical business practices

Product Development

  • Contributes to our forward-thinking wireless products CREW, evaluating, procuring, testing, deploying and maintaining all technology related to voice and non-voice products and devices marketed to our customers
  • Maintains C Spire's competitive advantage and position on the leading edge of technology, by continually developing and evolving the most innovative devices and services for our customers

Human Resources

  • Leads the charge to ensure C Spire provides a dynamic, engaging and rewarding environment for all CREW members
  • Develops and implements programs aimed at maximizing CREW member performance and satisfaction
  • Serves as an internal resource and consultant in resolving a variety of issues in a proactive and service-oriented manner

Marketing

  • Serves as the voice of the brand in the communication of messages between C Spire and various internal and external audiences
  • Provides product and service details for customers in a simple, engaging, beneficial and easy-to-understand manner
  • Develops and fosters an open, honest and mutually beneficial relationship with our communities

Quality Assurance

  • Promotes proactive planning, high-quality execution, effective communication and teamwork across all functional areas
  • Drives continuous improvement by diagnosing and treating root causes of issues
  • Quickly detects and resolves problems relating to product and service quality and/or project execution
