What do I need to use TextCS?
A text messaging feature is required to use TextCS. Text messaging is included in every C Spire plan. If your phone doesn't currently have the text messaging feature, contact us to upgrade your plan.
Is there a charge for sending or receiving TextCS messages?
There is no charge for using TextCS.
How long will I have to wait for an answer?
You should receive a reply approximately five minutes after sending your question; however, some questions could take longer to answer. TextCS crew members are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
